With over twenty years' experience in exhibition production and museum management, Benedetta has supervised some of the most important exhibitions in Italy and around the world. She has collaborated with renowned international curators, while managing the entire exhibition process from conception through to the production phase, up to marketing and onwards to distribution.
Benedetta has produced some of the most important exhibitions in Italy and around the world, while being a consultant to the Italian Government Council of Ministers for the creation of the Italian-Russian cultural exchange program in 2011, and for the Ariane and Benjamin de Rothschild Foundation for the achievement of the same award in Milan.
With a wealth of experience in exhibition production, Benedetta's vision has always been linked to bringing storytelling to an elevated level, and discovering a new language of entrainment, engagement and inspiration. This vision first transpired into the launch of NSPRD in 2017, that has become the "art point of departure" of any creative venture that THEAIMES showcases.
With the latest technological advancements that allow to broaden the horizons of innovative thinking, Benedetta believes in giving the audience the opportunity to witness experiential communication and art in a whole new, innovative, structured, yet imaginative way, with THEAIMES.

Piero Cozzi currently serves as the CEO and Partner of THEAIMES, a role he holds since forming the company in 2018. THEAIMES is a creative production outfit that brings together revolutionary artists and specialists aspiring to lead change and create new dimensions between brands and audiences in the Middle East.
With almost thirty years of regional and international experience in advertising, radio, television and film industries, Piero is a well-respected figure in the field of events, winning multiple accolades at the top creative awards' festivals in the Middle East. Starting his career as a DJ in a radio station that he founded along with friends, Piero has then moved to the United States to create shows that focused on art and music before finding his calling in the Middle East, a rapidly developing market that was still nascent - at the time - when it came to artistic events.
Since he moved to the region, Mr. Cozzi has led some of the most impressive and groundbreaking shows in the GCC, including; the Launch of UAE's Vision 2021 for HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the opening of Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, the first Ferrari branded theme park in the world, and the Inauguration of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. Prior to establishing TheAimes, Mr. Cozzi has also produced films for some of the leading global brands that operate in the region, namely McDonalds, Nestle, Fiat and General Motors to name a few, while at the same time creating original and artistic content for local and regional brands, such as, Emirates, Mobily and Aldar.
With the radio channel he launched in the Seventies transforming to become the biggest commercial radio station in Italy, Piero has always led each project with the same unconstrained creativity and unwavering determination.
